Not a full refund

I have ordered many hats from here and paid 88.00 for a Fedora XL and it was more like a Medium. I payed extra for insurance and had to pay shipping on top of that.

The redo fees, which you refer to here as insurance, provides free return shipping labels for exchanges, store credits and or replacements for lost hats during transit. You'll also find further in our returns policy, items that are non-refundable/exchangeable. There are:

I pretty much like everything about the hat except for I’m not used to a wire band. So if the wire band gets pushed in and it creates a dimple and then when you pull it back out, it releases the dimple, but it’s pretty hard to get it taught enough that there’s just not a little bit of waviness. You need to expect the hat not to be crisp Like a straw, cowboy hat or a cowboy hat, but rather more pliable.

Its a really good hat, n so far its water proof. So it keeps my head warm.

Love it! Was a little bit too big but the adjustments the hat came with made it fit perfectly! Great crushable fedora!
